For U.S. customers only.

Looking to refund your computer or exchange it for a new one? Okay, let’s do it. We’ll make it happen under two conditions:

  1. It’s been 30 days or less since you’ve received your order.
  2. The return item was purchased directly from Bak USA at bakusa.com, by phone, or through your dedicated account manager.

To refund or exchange your computer, please contact our in-house customer experience team at 716.970.4110 or support@bakusa.com. We’ll help you run through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, which is just a technical way of saying that we’ll get you what you need, when you need it. If your initial 30-day time period has expired, we’ll make sure you get the proper product support moving forward.

Please note that you assume complete liability for products that may have been lost or damaged during use or return shipping. If you want to return a computer or refuse a replacement shipment, please just give us a call and let us know.
