    Q: How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
    A: To connect to Wi-Fi:

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Select Wi-Fi.
    3. Confirm that Wi-Fi is switched On.
    4. If required, enter correct password.
    5. Select Connect.
  • Durability

    Q: How can I order a replacement part?
    A: To order a replacement part, please send us a message.

    Q: What happens if I get water on my Atlas 12? Are there any steps I can take to dry out the device?
    A: The keyboard is water-resistant, so it may get splashed on. However, if the entire device gets wet, do this:

    1. Power off the device.
    2. Dry off the device.
    3. Let the device dry for at least four hours (preferably overnight).

    Q: I need a new charger. What should I do?

    Q: My charger takes up too much outlet space. Can I get a different charger?

    A: For business and education customers, we offer Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows 10 Pro, and Windows 10 Home. For retail customers, we offer Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro.
